- He acknowledged the seriousness of his condition and said that his physicians had advised him that, in the event that all other treatments have been explored, amputation may be the only choice left.
- Speaking next was his daughter Jasmine Okafor, who expressed anxiety that her father’s finances had run out and that her father’s health was not improving. So she asked kind people to help arrange for him to have treatment overseas.
