- Piesie Esther, a multi-award-winning musician from Ghana, was named “Artiste Of The Year” at the second Ghana Music Awards Europe (GMAE). The Ghana Music Awards Europe took place at Salle Atrium Route De Cormeilles 95100 Argenteuil on Saturday, September 16, 2023.
- Piesie Esther won for her #1 hit song “W’aye Me Yie” on the charts. Sarkodie, Stonebwoy, Black Sherif, Gyakie, Kidi, and MOG Music presented her with stiff opposition, but she prevailed.
- A personalized plaque and a diploma were given to her. She collected the honors and thanked her supporters for their votes and encouragement as well as the awards program.
