- Pictures of the Linda hitmaker in his academic regalia inundated social media after his graduation, prompting a flurry of congratulations from his fellow musicians and fans.
- Samini, whose actual name is Emmanuel Andrews Sammini, served as the GIMPA Students Representative Council (SRC) President from June through August of last year before being sworn in.
- Social media users at the time congratulated Samini for winning the election, which caused it to become viral.
- The musician, who has dazzled audiences with songs like “My Own,” “Obaa,” and “Where My Baby Dey,” announced his return to music in early June of this year when he revealed that his degree program was finally over.
